How is billing handled for additional features or plans?
Billing for additional features or plan upgrades is prorated for the remaining period of your current subscription. You'll only be charged for the difference in cost between your current and new plan for the remainder of the subscription term.

What is your refund policy?
Free and trial editions let you fully evaluate the Software before you buy.
